Support Mingei / Connoisseurs

The Museum’s Connoisseurs donor group provides essential support for the acquisition, management and preservation of timeless art objects for the Museum’s permanent collection. Members of this select and intimate group of friends generously donate $5,000 annually ($4,297 may be considered tax-deductible). A portion ($1,250) is used for participation in the Museum’s Director’s Circle, our highest level of membership. The balance ($3,750) is allocated to purchasing (60%), managing and preserving (40%) the finest expressions of human creativity – tangible, appreciating assets that form the core of Mingei International’s exhibition program.
