Enrich your understanding of Mingei International's current exhibitions and learn about the folk art, craft and design of diverse cultures past and present by participating in the Museum's stimulating public programs for adults, children and families.

The Museum presents lectures and symposiums on folk art, craft and design and on current exhibitions by distinguished artist craftsmen, scholars and collectors.

The Museum also presents artist/craftsmen demonstrations, workshops and programs of theater, music and dance related to current exhibitions.

And Mingei International sponsors weekend family experiences such as puppet-building, mask-making, paper folding and kite construction.
